Frank R. Infante Jr., owner of the Bulldozers Saloon in Smyrna, Delaware, was recently found guilty of illegal slots operation. The Kent County Common Pleas Court Jury ruled that Infante used the bar to make cash profits from illegal operation of three video slot machines.
In late May, the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement sent operatives to the saloon to investigate the slot machines. After winning real money on the aforementioned devices, the operatives eventually confiscated all slots gaming equipment.
Authorities see Infante's gaming operation as illegal because, under Delaware law, only three licensed gaming venues across the state are allowed to offer slot machines, and Infante's operation is not among them.
Commenting on the trial's outcome, the 39-year-old bar owner reportedly said that he would appeal the court's decision.
