The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement requested that the state's chief casino regulatory agency blacklist two sloarets cheaters. Sean McAndrew, a resident of Long Beach, California, and Eugene Bulgarino, a resident of Peoria, Arizona, were convicted of involvement in stealing over $6 million from Las Vegas gaming venues during 1996-7. The division wants to prohibit their entrance to Atlantic City casinos on a permanent basis.
McAndrew, 64, who has been arrested twice for cheating at slots parlors, was released in December, 2004. Bulgarino, 72, was condemned to spending four years in jail for participating in several Las Vegas swindles that included purchasing slot machine parts from slots makers, rigging the machines and recruiting individuals to collect the fake wins.
Members of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission must now reach a decision whether or not to include McAndrew and Bulgarino, the two slots cheats, on their list of people who are forbidden to visit Atlantic City casinos. Currently, there are already 171 individuals on the list, all of whom are considered a negative influence on local gaming venues.
