Slots Operator Penn National Gaming Names a New Vice President
Penn National Gaming, Inc., owner and operator of slots gaming and horse racing facilities, featuring a total of more than 13,000 slot machines, recently announced the appointment of Eugene P. Clark as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Clark comes to replace George Connolly, who formerly occupied the post.
Clark is reportedly greatly experienced in the gaming industry, having previously held a number of human resources positions in a Caesar's Entertainment. He is expected to manage all aspects of Penn National Gaming's Human Resources Department. Among his future responsibilities are company-wide organizational development, compensation management, training and leadership activities, among others.
Kevin DeSanctis, Penn National Gaming President and Chief Operating Officer, was quoted as saying, “Gene is joining Penn National at a very exciting time as we continue work on several expansion and development projects and make final preparations for the closing of the Argosy Gaming Company acquisition”.
