It was recently reported that Nooksack River Casino in Bellingham, Washington, purchased 68 additional video slot machines. The slots were manufactured by IGT, a globally famous slot machines maker.
According to General Manager of the casino, Mike Wootan, after six months of turmoil regarding the matter, the installation and operation of the aforementioned slot machines, is finally authorized by state gaming regulators.
The innovative games by IGT are multi-denominational, meaning that both pennies and nickels can be played. Narz Cuanan, chairman of the Nooksack Indian tribe, was reported as saying that the purchase of new slot machines, is the casinos’ step forward towards bigger revenues.
